A very wide range of FIBC are available to fit all requirements from 100kg
to 5000kg SWL, 0.25 – 3.2 cubic/m, specialised duffle draw string bag
closure to single loop lift.
Fabric can range from heavy duty sandwich fabric at 600GSM to fibrillated
woven PE yarn. Fibrillated PE tapes behave and feel like woven nylon fabric
but costs a fraction of woven nylon cost.
The four loops are fixed by overlock sewing or with chain stitch or with a
combination of both along the FIBC. The long seam along the edge of the
bag gives a very good distribution and guarantees a high tenacity and high
S.W.L (safe working load) for these bags.
